Jiaxing Eastern is wholly owned by Everwinner Investments Limited,a subsidiary of Shougang Concord Century Holdings Limited,a company listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Company is situated at Jiaxing Economic (Technology)

Development Zone in Zhejiang Province, the People's Republic of

China, which is distant from Shanghai, Hangzhou and Suzhou

approximately 100Km and 70Km respectively.

The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of steel cord, which is one of the mainframe raw materials for manufacturing of radial tyre.

The whole production plant and machineries, and technical skill are introduced from Pirelli,Italy.

Jiaxing Eastern had been awarded "High Tech Enterprise" by Zhejiang Province.
